About Leslie

Leslie K. DuBridge, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an ACC, she is a Health and Wellness Coach (Clinician Health Coach and Physical Activity Coach) with Stanford University's BeWell program.  She also serves as an Active Aging fitness and nutrition instructor-coach through SCW Fitness, a partner of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

As a health and wellness professional with 25+ years combined, life, health and wellness coaching, personal fitness training and group functional fitness instruction (both East and West Coasts (USA) and Nairobi, Kenya, Africa, Leslie has been serving in recent years to blend the best of all of these worlds to support individuals, communities, companies and those in the helping professions seeking to improve their lifestyle wellness.

Leslie also serves as an administrator overseeing contracted class and cultural arts events for a San Francisco Bay Area municipality and holds memberships and has provided board service with several local and national health, wellness and business and community organizations, including the International Coach Federation San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.

As part of partnering with others to live out their steps toward thriving, Leslie also facilitates Guided imagery sessions which incorporates evidence-based mind-body intervention techniques, key in supporting focus, discipline and discovery in accomplishing goals.
